Hello! I’m a bioinformatics scientist that creates tech at the intersection of spatial genomics, ML/AI, and cell biology.
I currently work at Stellaromics, developing computer vision and bioinformatics algorithms for 3D spatial sequencing data. I was previously at Singular Genomics and UC San Diego, where I earned my PhD studying spatial transcriptomics and subcellular RNA biology, co-advised by Dr. Gene Yeo and Dr. Hannah Carter. When I’m not staring at microscopy data, I enjoy hunting for fun coffee shops and breweries in sunny San Diego.
I am passionate about building community knowledge to push science forward; Here are some open-source projects I regularly contribute to.
